It says the code is expired, or has been used before in the past - which is accurate, but I need to re use it again as I needed to redownload the application. Again, When i try to put the code in I used prior to access the licensed version, it says, "Code has already been used, or is expired". The link you attached did not assist in any way, unfortunately.
I don't want unlicensed access. I paid for the product, and am trying to regain licensed access.... This is why a code is required, a code I have but am being told isnt working any longer. Im just trying to regain access to my account.
