How to get rid of the Loop (green bar), created by mistake? HELP!!!!!

The Disable/Enable loop used to exist, but that is gone now. I have a recording with a loop which I never wanted (they are easily created by mistake), but now there doesn't seem to be any way to get rid of them, so the result is that I have to delete the whole recording and start again. I have spoken to NCH a number of times about this, but they don't correct it and it affects all tracks. It is very tiring to be always paying a lot of attention that one does not create one of these green monsters by mistake and if the line is very thin it is hardly visible!| HELP!!!! Why do they mess up things that were actually working? If someone wants a loop (I never do), they should create one themselves!

There's no mandate to upgrade if what you have is doing the job. Newer versions can always be test driven, whether licensed or not.

Thanks for answering me again, Borate! No, I haven't tried that but I will next time I work with MixPad. thanks........ I am not sure about going to earlier releases, as maybe other things are working better now. But why would they get rid of that function? Many of us will never need loops at all, now they are created anyway. Maybe what they should have done would be to have a function to create them, for those who so wish! I actually upgraded a few times hoping this would have been solved and also because when I stream record I get an error message I have to click away which is very annoying, but it has never been corrected.
