After downloading the Pixillion converter, I found out it will not convert from the dcm file format. I have a bunch of photos that somehow were converted from jpg to dcm years ago, and I want to convert them back. Does anyone know of another file converter that could do this?
I think the dcm file format is for MRI results, and things like that. After loading some MRI results years ago, somehow my other files got converted to that same format.
