Can not use the local network or Internet in the Inventoria web access

Hello, I am now starting to learn the Inventoria to decide if I can use it for our company, but the problem is I can not use the web access function of this software.

when I clicked on the local network link, nothing showed up, it said that "Page cant be found".

I followed the instructions to use port forwarding, tried to use DMZ in our router. Even the LAN function could not work properly, although I saw plenty of people use LAN easily in topics on this forum, they only have a problem with the web access using the internet.

Has anyone met this problem before? Please let me know if anyone has suggestions.

Additionally, when I typed my IP address into my browser's address bar, nothing happened but an error "This page can not be found". Is there something wrong with my internet or router, and does it caused my problem with inventoria?

I do not see the Account tab next to the web access tab. does it show up automatically after successfully set up?

after I tried some configuration, nơ I receipt the error: Connection test failed, please check the routers firewall is not blocking TCP/IP Port 1097 and your computer firewall is not blocking port 1097"

but I Added rule for TCP and UDP 1097 port,

I disabled all the protection in the router's firewall in the router's config website.

Can somebody point out my mistake?

I am also facing the same problem after updating to Iventoria Version 11.06
