while editing video clips with VideoPad, I used to change proportions (and make people look fatter or skinnier) with the 'scale' video effect. I used to enter the video effects, click 'scale', get the screen that allows changing the height and width of the clip (AFTER unchecking "keep aspect ratio") and export the resultant clip. However, something has changed in the program, or - possibly - I hit the wrong icon somewhere, and I can't do it any more. when I try to add the effect, videopad responds with a small window (rather than the large and clear dialogue screen that I used to get) that keeps the aspect ratio when applying the scale effect. I've spent HOURS trying to un-keep the aspect ratio, and failed.
