Can't install Prism from oldversiondownload

I am trying to re-install Prism 9.02 on a new PC but the installation fails. I download the correct install file, but when I run it, I get the message "The installer could not be downloaded". I have tried other 9.x versions, but they all fail. I have re-installed Debut and Videopad without a problem.

Also, I am a bit annoyed that I only found out about www.oldversiondownload.com from a forum and there seems to be no mention of it on the NCH website.

So, apparently, the file has been downloaded, but won't install.

Ok, that successfully installs the latest version, but my registration code doesn't work for that version, so it's unlicensed. When I purchased Prism, the latest version was 9.02, and the registration code I have is for that version. I can download prism-9-02-2022-02-01.exe. Apparently, that file is supposed to download the actual software installer for version 9.02. I have successfully downloaded and installed my purchased versions of VideoPad and Debut using the same web page www.oldversiondowload.com. But for some reason Prism doesn't work. Try it yourself.

The latest Prism, 9.65, is beyond the free upgrade grace period of 9.02.

Your purchased 9.02 should be registered. If not, get in touch with NCH.
