Sound Tap Recorder Problem

Hello, I am using for several years Your Sound Tap recorder. (with license of coarse)

Problem is that I cannot make any record from my Microphone or Line input(s) on my both PC's (W7 + W10)

Recorder function is OK by recording from an internet radiostation and the quality is also O.K.

I am also using a notebook - here the same problem. (W10)

Signal input is O.K. on all PC's. I can see that in my propertys

I have also download the latest updates. What is the solution?

On my desktop PC: 2 different inputs, Mic and Line

On my mini PC (HP Prodesk) only a MIC input.

Right-click the speaker icon at the right-bottom of the Windows notification area. Click SOUNDS. Click the Recording tab and confirm that Line and Mic are enabled.

Double-click on the MIcrophone item and check slider settings under the Levels tab.

Thank you for your reply.

Of coarse I checked this out for several times but no result at all ! Only the sounds of the PC himself are recordable. And also making a record of an internet radiostation is going very well! When I pull out the connector (3.5 mm jack) out of my PC, I will see this on the level bar meter of the Sound Tap Recorder. Both on my HP Prodesk and as well on my old HP tower (both W10) I have the same problems, no recording at all and it's making no difference when I select :Also recor from microphone.......(enough experience here, my hobby is high end audio)
