Okay so it asked me to update today, ok fine. When doing the update it actually failed and said I had no internet connection... rolleyes it's NCH what do you expect.
Okay so the update didn't work don't care. I get inside and hmm, okay it's updated. Some stupid new buttons on the track volume and pan (SO, LIKE... WHATEVER). They're also too big and clunky and if you rollover them you should get the information rather than having to click.
Okay whatever, get to work... so now, instead of having the save button (SAVING THE PROJECT) which I use 100 times an hour because the software always crashes, now it goes right to export track.....ughhhhh... have to do another click and find the save project as.
Okay, not great but whatever lets get to work...
I look at the tracks... no there is NO button I can find anywhere where I can modify my tracks level. You know, the III button that always is hidden behind your in/out fades? The one where you can easily and quickly modify the clip level up or down.
I'm not using this new software if that isn't there. I'm going to go into effects and amplify/normalize every track/clip in each track. Because I used the III button 100 times and hour.
Man, I have alot of songs and alot of work to do. This new update is awful. I need to know how to do what I need to do fast and efficiently or I want to downgrade to the last version.
Whatever reason you felt you needed to do this silly update and change this is absolutely bonkers. I've been using your software (mixpad/videopad/wavepad) for a while. It's buggy and crashes all the time, but it works and it's what I know. This update crosses the line of what works and doesn't.
This f'n message and this update is now delaying my work.
Advise, immediately.
