Hi, I hope someone can help me. I've been using Videopad for years now, and this is a new (and project destroying) bug for me. I loaded a project I 'd been working on with no problem at all, and my first sign of trouble was that the window layout was all wrong. When I went into the FX window (at any point in the project) I found that the keyframe window and any icon or option to access it is completely missing now. The keyframe options no longer appear in any previously working FX that already had keyframes, as well as in any new FX I add. It's the same with all my old project files and any new ones I start. I tried uninstalling, wiping all traces of NCH software, rebooting, and reinstalling again several times already and it's always the same result. I can no longer use (or see the options for) keyframe animation. I tried running videopad (and the installer) as an admin and that made no difference. There's no hidden undocked windows or anything like that- it appears as if the keyframe option was never part of the software at all now. The only thing I did differently that may have caused this issue is that I installed Prism video converter around the time this bug started. I have of course uninstalled Prism. Any help would be appreciated. Things were working perfectly up until about two days ago and now I am dead in the water.
