WTF unable to uninstall Software Suite

I have used WavePad Masters Edition for years. I used to be able to uninstall your extremely annoying NCH Suite, but not anymore. The programs are now embedded into
"C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\WavePad\wavepad.exe" -extfind ClassicFTP It is unacceptable to add x-apps to my start menu. I have no interest in your Accounting or House Design software. Had I been a free rider - fair enough, but I have a paid subscription.

Sorry, but I am going to find another Audio Edit program.

In Windows, go to SETTINGS | APPS | INSTALLED APPS. Find the undesired program in the list and click on the three dots to the right. Uninstall.

It used to be @[deleted], not anymore. Only app installed is Wavepad. "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\WavePad\wavepad.exe" -extfind ClassicFTP - ClassicFTP and all the other extra apps is now added as a command to wavepad.exe and they cannot be uninstalled unless I uninstall Wavepad

Uninstall Wavepad, then reinstall. If that doesn't do the job, use this free tool to uninstall. When queried about scanning registry entries, do that. Then delete all.

Now reinstall Wavepad.

Sorry @[deleted], after uninstall/scan with Revo Uninstaller I restarted the computer and reinstalled Wavepad. NCF Suite is still in my Start/Rescently Installed/Etc folders

NCH software installs shortcuts to programs, but not the programs themselves unless you install them. The shortcuts take up negligible drive space.

Mouseover the "open app" on the window button and note that it says "click to install and run."

If you click on one of the programs listed in the Start Menu hierarchy, it will prompt for Install On Demand - if you truly want to install the program.

These are not forced installs. A look at the Windows list of installed apps (Start menu | SETTINGS | APPS | INSTALLED APPS) should confirm that only the programs that you wanted are installed. That's how it is here.

I don't want them. What I choose to install on my laptop in terms of programs, shortcuts, applications, files, etc., is my choice and mine alone.

The folders that list the suite can be deleted via Windows Explorer (the file manager)...

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\NCH Software Suite

"C:\Users\<PC user name>\NCH Software Suite"

And a link to the menu of programs... "C:\Users\<PC user name> \Favorites\NCH Software Download Site.lnk"

Voice your concerns to the company. They solicit and seem to value feedback from users - like us.
