I've searched the WavePad online guide, and can't find anything that mentions this. When working in WavePad, I'm frequently hindered by a blue-grey menu that pops up and obscures the leftmost part of the audio file. It includes a menu: "Zoom to selection", "Copy", and so on – image here:
