Version 16.43 Apply Audio effects Parameters to all clips

I have seen the 2021 post on applying effects to all clips but in 16.43 it only applies to the last clip.

I wanted to apply the equalizer parameters to ALL clips.. but after I selected all or even group the clips, the effect PARAMETERS only apply to the last clip. Is there a solution to this?

As a workaround I edited the exported video and applied my equalizer effects as all the audio clip as as 1 file.

Select the clips. Click FX one of them and apply the EQ effect. Then click the "replace effect chain" button on the toolbar...
