How to surround or underline a word/phrase in VideoPad ?

Hello,

Is it possible to underline or circle a word in a video using VideoPad to highlight it? If so, how do I do this?

Create the word, with underline, in a text editor, then copy/paste it into the Videopad text editor...

If embedded in video, crop a blank text clip down to line size, position and overlay it on the video.

Or download a transparent .png line or circle from the WEB, position, crop and overlay the video.
