Inbound calls - please help

Hi,

I have bought this program and it works fine, if the call is being done from outside, but when it comes to inbound calls (we have isdn phone station), IVM doesn't identify, that the call is coming in.

Outbound calls have long tone, and inbound two short ones, so, how can I make it clear to IVM, that it must identify two short rings?

Could you possibly configure your isdn-switch, so that it uses the same length of ring?

How do you connect your isdn line to IVM?

(I also have an isdn line, but using fritz box fon for isdn-voip conversion, which works fine.)
