Dad191 I installed a non-commercial home use only version and it converted all files at once in good condition, however, there were no response when I dragged another files for conversion from video to mp3 files. I uninstalled and reinstalled it again. Conversion is still on strike.
Jan_Mccall I also encountered the same situation as you! At that time, I tried restarting the computer and running the software with admin rights, then dragging the file back in and it was recognized. Try this way, maybe it will work!
