Exporting transitions does not work

I have created highlights of a floorball game. It is a mixture of video clips, one picture and 2 text boxes. Between each clip I have added transitions.

When I export my video the transition does not work. The video get stuck during the transition and I see no effect.

I have tried to change the GPU video processor to "None (Cpu only)", still not working. I have cleared cache items. Still not working

Any idea what could cause this? I would very much appreciate your help.

If the content is on track one, switch to Storyboard mode and look for gaps. If any are seen, right-click in the gap and CLOSE GAP.

This can also be done in Sequence mode - it's just not as easy to spot.

If there are no gaps, please take a few minutes to share the project, so it can be analyzed. That's the best way to track down issues.

The process is easy, quick and can be done privately. Just follow these steps...

Back up --- With your project on the timeline, click on MENU at the top-left. Click FILE|BACK UP PROJECT FILES TO FOLDER. Choose a folder and SELECT FOLDER.
Upload --- Use a free server - Google Drive, MS OneDrive, etc.* - to upload the saved, numbered FOLDER. Do NOT upload the individual VPJ or export file.
Get link --- Get a public link. Right-click the file and click SHARE. If using Google, right-click the file, click SHARE | SHARE. Change "restricted" to "anyone ... can view"
Share --- Click COPY LINK | DONE. Paste that link here, or click the folder at the top-right of this forum to message it privately to me. It won't be shared.

* Before uploading, right-click the folder, click PROPERTIES. Look at the File Size to confirm that it's not too big for the free space on the server.

I have removed all transitions, but the frames still freeze whenever there is a change from one clip to another

The export frame rate is the problem. Where VP got the 1000-2000fps auto-match entry is unknown.

Change it to 30fps. No freezing, and dissolves work well.
