When exporting projects I notice a great variability in the frame rate/bitrate using the dropdown settings. For example, using the 'default' file size the rate can vary from around 75000 kbps to 45000kbps. Same kind of variation with the other 'high, medium, low' options. I would expect that each of those settings would be a fixed rate. The options to choose 80000, 40000, 25000 and below seem to remain consistently close to those rates. Why is this, and is there a way to choose 60000 kbps?
