Sylvain_Eckhardt Hello, couple of times I had the same problem. Some areas of the image are strongly pixelated, usually the almost uniform areas as sky, clean surfaces, clouds. As in this short video, the pixelation is strong in the fog appearing after 17 seconds. Here is the project: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17uOnvdcghV2Hg_q2zXnrGqKJl6MB4Pru?usp=drive_link and the exported file : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RRg2sut2EmYGU2UyRcveXxyxkBPrdK_9/view?usp=sharing What did I do wrong? I used basically the same effects in all my videos, but the pixelation problem occurs only from time to time. Thanks in advance!
borate Downloaded your 1080 export. Then exported the project at 1080 and 2160, testing both 25000 and default bitrates. None showed pixelation when viewed in MPC-BE. Try another player. Try exporting at the default bitrate or higher quality.
Sylvain_Eckhardt Thanks for the answer. It didn't help. I just realised that the pixelated clip was stabilisated in VP and the stabilisation affected a lot the quality of the image. I stabilised the clip with an online program and it worked without loss of quality.
borate What you provided above showed no quality loss. Even your demo looked good. Try another viewer. There are many stabilization quality settings. The quality screen appears first... Then click the ADVANCED tab for more options...
