Hello,
I need to be able to set a waveform marker of some kind while the waveform is playing without having to enter a name for the marker. If I remember correctly, in Sound Forge all I had to do was Ctrl+M and the marker would appear with an auto-generated number associated with it. I could quickly insert as many of these markers as I wanted as the track played. In WavePad I tried inserting a bookmark but it pops up a dialog box and wants me to enter a name. ChatGPT told me I could insert a region marker using Ctrl+R, but Ctrl+R does absolutely nothing. I am using WavePad Masters Edition v19.50 on Windows 10 64 bit.
I also periodically get a nag bar at the bottom of the WavePad main window asking if I want to see tutorials on various topics. Is there any way to disable this?
Thank you!
