How to save a video file that has been LOOPED?

I have created a short video file that I wish to play indefinitely (as an example in Zoom as a background). When activating the loop function, the editor plays the video indefinitely.

However, when I save the file, it only runs once..

How to I invoke the loop function unto the SAVED file?

Is this a .gif? Set it to loop; click the GIF Encoding Settings link...

It is a video file .(.mp4 format).

The editor loops the file within the program (using the loop symbol). BUT when attempting to export the result, only single run takes place. The file does not repeat itself...
