Error message of "File corrupted"

PC : Win 10 , 64bit 16G memory

Device : Video capture software v.13

Hi,

when recording, this error message shows up

Debut was unexpectedly closed during a recording, which corrupted the file and was subsequently deleted.

It had shown up once, and been solved itself without doing anything

And later, now it is happening again

Could you let me know how to solve?

This happened to me too lost 2 hours of video.

Does anyone know where it was delete to... (not in my recycle bin). Hopful there is some recovery!

Ps have pro version.

It's been constantly happening to be about 20 minutes into a recording since the new version of Windows 11 Home was downloaded in an update (24H2 Build 2610.2605). Nobody seems to have an answer.
