Problem Exporting

dmontres

I completed a project in VideoPad Pro and attempted to export it to MP4. All of my Gopro footage would not come thru correctly. The audio is there but the picture is smeared rainbow colors. My Gopro is and Hero 4 (so older). The video project plays perfectly fine in VideoPad.

All other footage was captured with a Panasonic Lumix camera and it comes thru perfectly.

Any help would be appreciated. I am an amateur.

Try this version. For one-time licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert.

Newer releases can always be test driven, even if unlicensed. They will be fully featured for a short trial period.

If that doesn't resolve the problem, come back here.

Thank you. I will try that. I just uploaded new version on 7/5. I upgraded from basic.

I tried just exporting directly to Youtube and it seems to have worked. Possibly a lower fps? So it might be solved.
