Computer upgrade - licence implication?

Hi. I just tried to access some previously converted music on my Mac and it automatically activated a SWITCH dialogue box requesting that I enter my registration details / upgrade. Is this because I have upgraded my Mac since purchasing the SWITCH licence? I entered my registration details from the welcome email (2022 for V10) but it wants me to place an order for a recurring subscription, presumably for a software upgrade. Can I still use the V10 that I purchased o my new Mac?

You may have upgraded your licenses which could have caused you to download a software version not covered by your license. I recommend contacting the NCH technical support team for assistance. They will provide you with the installation for the latest software version covered by your license along with the registration code.

I have recently upgraded to the latest on Switch. Also upgraded my OS to sequoia. Installed the program but it just crashes. Downloaded program again, same problem. Any suggestions ?

Revert to an older release that you can download here. Ignore any virus warnings. If no change, suspect something relative to your new OS.

If that one works, report the issue to the company.
