Clip Sequence/preview blurry

Ok so I have a screen-recorded clip. When opened using Media player, it is clear. When exported through Videopad, it's clear. However, when I look at it through the clip preview and sequence preview, despite fullscreen, the content becomes very blurry. How do I solve this issue? I hope its not something I accidentally clicked wrong ;-;

What version of Videopad is being run? Share a file that does this; takes only minutes...

Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share. Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.**

Errr why would i need to upload any files? as for the version I'm using, its v16.04.

I just want to know if that's a bug or something. Cause I have reset the application and my laptop couple of times already but the issue is still there.

Sharing will help others try to replicate what your are seeing. Just a file or two will do.

There have been no other reports of preview blurriness, AFAIK.

You might try installing this release.

For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert.
