dfc35 I need to add Credit Card Processing Fee ( currently 3.5% ) to the total of an invoice. Does anyone know how to do that? Is that possible?
MCGCS Maybe you could add it as a tax. Apart from that no there is no way to add it. you could add it as an item and work out the fee your self and add it.
dfc35 What I did was make another tax, called it "Both" and combined the two it's a liitle odd how that works. I now have 3 choices, Sales Tax, CC Fee, Both Works fine.
Humanions I had the same issue setting things up and found that using https://knowledge.antom.com/global-payment-processing cleared up a lot of my questions. They break things down in a way that made it easier for me to figure out what I needed to do, especially since I don’t have a background in payment systems. Just followed their steps and everything started working like it should.
