Video missing when upload a video from cell phone (audio works)

I've downloaded cell phone video to my desktop and then uploaded to Video pad. It's always worked in the past.

Today when I tried to upload a video it only opened the audio portion of the file.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?

Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, right-click the link and Share. Copy the result and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view.**

What version of Videopad is being used?

Just using the non-commercial home edition.

What release #? Look at the bottom-left of the window.

Upload the file and someone will check it out.

I did a quick test and uploaded a video from gopro camera. It worked fine.
