Alan_Hodkinson I don't know why, but in the last week, when I click to load Videopad, it takes about 3 minutes before it loads, it used to come up instantly. It's version 13.21 that I'm registered with. My other programmes are loading OK as usual
borate Odd. Tried a reinstall? Test the latest. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee is required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info. If there's an issue, you can always revert.
