borate Right-click in the bin and choose the ClipArt library... Under ICONS, there are arrows. In Video Effects overlay area you may also find a Hand Drawn option...

borate The bin is at the top-left, where files are imported. Right-click in an open area and you should see the Clipart choice, as shown above.
