Everything is working fine except that no one can leave a message. When a call comes in it accepts all the tone dial input, gets to the right mailbox, but then cuts off the caller after about 10 seconds, says goodbye and hangs up. We tried changing the record sensitivity, but then it never hangs up. When we review the sound clip, it's just white noise. Any suggestions?
