Janet_Jansen Hi all, I just transferred Express Scribe to a new laptop. Now the system-wide-hot-keys are working when I am in the ES-window. When I want to work in a Word-document, the hot keys are not working. What could be the issue? Regards, Janet
RVM The hotkeys on Express Scribe will work as long as the program is open and active. If you are using Word, try using this setting: Click on "View" and "Float Above other Windows" Then, go to the option called "Scribe Mini" and click on it. Then Open word and work with the program.
