Notified of this update and tried to load it. Will not write a file and reverts to old version that now will not copy a DVD correctly. Message states cannot download the update and check internet connection. This is fine as it is fast fibre. Support from NCH does not appear to be available. Running Windows 11 here. Any clues guys?
