smallfacesmikey Hi there. When I import a movie into Prism that's originated from iTunes, no audio is added. If I import a music video from iTunes however there is audio. Is it something to do with the size of the mp4 coming into Prism.. Thank you.
n1x1 We recommend downloading and installing a codec package from Perian.org. Then try converting the file again.
