[deleted] If you go to Options> Payments and run an update under Credit Card Gateways, you should get the available options there which you can configure after checking it.
DYP Maybe that is only available on the Windows version. I don't see that on the Mac version. Most of that is under settings but Payments is not one of them.

DYP I have done that but I still don't see a Payment dialog where I can configure the PayPal Gateway.
