New topic, as your issue is unclear. If it's the repositioning bounce in full-screen mode that was addressed in the earlier, dated thread, try the current release. You can file a bug report here. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
In Clip preview mode, clicking and leaving the pointer in the bottom 'control' area seems to stop the bouncing, as in the demo below where Start/End times have been set. (The video shows only the bottom of the full screen.) Clip Preview can be started/stopped via <ctrl-spacebar>.
Explain more fully what 'filters' you're referring to? Better still, post a link to a video that illustrates the problem.
Upload the file/s to a free server, such as Google Drive or MS OneDrive, get a shared (public) link, copy the link and paste it here or to me in a Private Message via the mail envelope in the top-right corner of this forum. When using Google Drive, if necessary change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
