Problem with Exportation

Juliane07

Good morning I made a video edit but when I try to export it, half of the video is black, there is no image, only sound. I tried several export settings but nothing works. Thanks a lot for your help.

I suggest to try different GPU Video Processor settings, see screenshot . "None (CPU only)" is slow, but reliable. The other setting (your graphic cards) is probably faster, but might have errors in the export (especially old graphic cards).

Don't forget to restart videopad after changing settings.

Please mention your PC's specs: GPU/CPU/RAM and what version of VP is being used. Look at the bottom-left corner of the window.

Test the latest release. For licensed users upgrades are free for up to six months from purchase date. After that, VP will continue to fully function but a fee will be required in order to register the newest. Retain your old install file and registration info.
