How to mark, highlight, arrow point, etc a location in the video?

I am looking for some options how I could "handdraw" a mark up circle or an arrow in the running clip to highlight a location.

For example I will be showing an overview of a camping site and would like to circle in or arrow point the spot, where we would be camping.

Are there any such "marking" tools with in the video pad software?

In some releases there's this newer effect, but it doesn't appear to be working dependably yet. Give it a try.

I added a pointed finger in one of my videos to indicate where something is.

At the top click on Add Objects, select Clip Art library, Then select Icons and Symbols, Select Arrows, on there you will find pointed finger, you can make it as large or small as you like and change it's direction, Or you could just use an arrow, they're all on there
