n1x1 Hi, Here is how you can recover your password: Go to: C:\ProgramData\NCHSoftware\Copper\Staff Right-click on the 1.dat file and open it with NotePad or NotePad++ Delete the password text, it will be similar to "&Password=%2FDqVlSKZxqKddy8nHQObDNIPs7GLr1AX" Do NOT delete "&Privileges" Save the file Open Copper and leave the password blank when you logon Open the Salespeople window from the View menu Select your user id and click Edit Enter a new password and click Save
