Hi Y'all,

I am trying to record with Debut for the first time on my Mac. I'm getting video but no audio.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Is the mic selected in the option of Debut?

Are you referring to playback within Debut or is it an exported video played via your media player? You could reinstall the program from this link and see how that goes: https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpmaci.zip

Otherwise, send us a support ticket here with all the settings, hardware and formats you've used https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Hi guys,

I am using Windows 11 and I am trying to record a video, but there is no audio being captured. Are there any solutions or patches available to fix this issue?"

Tried to email support team but no any feedback from them.

Thanks
