Why still 32 bit?

I've been using v10.16 over the past two years, and it is 64bit.

Now I'm testing v13.30, and I'm a bit surprised it's 32 bit!

Why? by now most windows computers should be 64bit, why link to a 32bit version on the website?

I don't get it, and where is the 64 bit version?

I guess, there are still a lot of 32 bit computers out there... however, you can always download the current 64 bit version here: https://www.nchsoftware.com/download/videopadsetup64.exe

The VP main page is offering the 64-bit incarnation just now. At times it's the 32. Use Dangerfreak's link to guarantee a 64 download.
