What version of Videopad (look at the bottom-left of the screen)?
What's the format of the file?
Share, and someone here will check it out. Upload to a free server, like MS OneDrive or Google Drive, get a shared (public) link and post that link here.
If using Google, be sure to change "restricted" to "anyone with link can view."
