I edited the first post to fix the image urls. Is there no possibility to insert some pictures which are visible?
Problem seems to be the GPU render engine,
As you proposed I deactivated GPU renderer and started exporting video just with cpu and there is no flickering.
I tried a second run with GPU render engine on but with other settings then default. My laptop has a (slow) intel gpu integrated at the chipset, and a fast nVidia GPU. The default settings in Videopad with two gpus is "standard" and I changed it to force using the nVidia gpu. But there is the flickering again.
So my solution is:
- using GPU rendering per default
- when using picture-in-picture I will deactivate the gpu rendering
