Hi I have just purchased IVM attendant in the UK.
I want it to send OGMs and if the caller is interested they press "2" the call will then be transfered to a live operator.
I am trying to do this with a voice modem (i have tried several) on 1 line, where the caller is put on hold and a pseudo transfer is supposed to happen and i am let know through the speakers that the call is waiting. When the caller presses "2" the line always hangs up.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Am i asking it to do too much, do i need to do this with a telephony card or is it that i still have the wrong modem and if i get the reccomended card will it work in the UK. HELP!
