I'm in the UK. I tried a US robotics first, but it wouldn't respond properly to key tones and I had to throw it away.
I then bought the CallURL from NCH. It arrived quickly and it works fine (I have a BT line).
I've used the system for a menu based information system and just run into one problem which is that after the PC reboots (eg after a software upgrade) I have to remove and then add back the device on the settings menu.
