[deleted] Hi, you'd basically add your text first and while the text layer is active, go to Effects tab and click on DropShadow. This creates the Drop Shadow layer from the left panel and you can adjust that as needed. Ref to that is here: http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/drawpad/win/shadow.html
