Silent voice from cellphone recording - best way to amplify?

One question about the recorded speech via a cell phone.

The video recording was done with my cellphone camera and is quite silent.

What are the best possibilities to amplify it? But it would need to be a lot amplified, not just a bit.

You can´t understand the speech at all 😞

Are there perhaps any Bluetooth microphones which could be linked to the cellphone for future recordings?

I would appreciate any recommendations.

The audio amplify effect can do just so much, and expect extraneous noise if the recording is exceptionally poor.

Your best bet is to make a good quality recording, of course.
