It should be possible in any sophisticated notation software to print out the individual parts from a score. It is so boring to copy and paste from the score to a new part.
When setting up we have to allocate "unnamed part" in the set up. I use 4 or 5 or 6 staves and these should be capable of printing individually perhaps from the set up section that allocates the number of staves.
Muse score and Sibelius have this feature which is fundamental for any composer
