tbrown567 I have an .avi file that plays on media player and VLC but only the audio shows when loaded to my Express Scribe Pro. The video will not show. I've deleted and reloaded.
gsp_runner Is this the only video file you are having trouble with? Express Scribe Pro works for both video and audio, you have to make sure that you have this license.
