Exports from Videopad will be in whatever format you have chosen ... mp4, AVI, MOV, etc.
Whether clicking on the exported file brings up a suitable player is dependent upon the player associations configured for the PC.
Try opening Windows Media Player first, then access the VP file. Should definitely play, if it's a file type that WMP handles.
