Install Quickbooks csv file into Express Accounting Plus

I have created the .csv via the link to export to 2019 Excel, I go the the Express Accounting Plus software (which i just purchased)and I do what the common tasks-creating items and services link shows. I follow the steps to import items from a csv file - Problem is I don't get a drop window/link for "Import Items from CSV" Where is the link?

In this case please go to the tab for "Sales", then click on "View", then "Items". Finally click on the top left corner for "Item" and "Import Items for CSV".
