Thanks Borate! This is really helpful.
It showed in v11.22 when I tried animating the arrows in the clipart for indicating the length of a fabric (It is another thing that VP crashed every time I used their fletched arrow but worked fine with other clip art images). As you noted, not showing in all the versions since.
Not crashing in the current version .
